NT PCB returns a detailed quotation within about 12 hours of receiving your Gerber files and specifications.
What is your quick turn lead time?
NT PCB ships prototype orders in 72 hours; small to medium batches take 7–10 days and volume orders 15–20 days.
What layer counts do you manufacture?
NT PCB fabricates single-sided, double-sided and multilayer boards up to 8 layers, with minimum 3 mil line width/space and 0.2 mm holes.
Which surface finishes are available?
ENIG, HASL, lead-free HASL, OSP, immersion silver and immersion tin are all available in-house at the NT PCB factory.
What files do I need to request a quote?
Gerber files (RS-274X), board dimensions, layer count, quantity and surface finish. Drill files and stack-up notes help us quote faster.
Is my design data kept confidential?
Yes. NT PCB signs NDAs on request and restricts file access to the engineering team handling your order.
