How We Ship Prototype PCBs in 72 Hours

Short answer: a dedicated quick-turn production line, engineering review within two hours of order confirmation, and the same AOI and electrical testing we run on volume orders. Speed comes from process design, not from skipping steps.

Hour 0–2: Engineering review

Every quick-turn order starts with a DFM check. Our engineers verify drill files, annular rings and stack-up within two hours. If something will fail at etching, you hear about it the same morning — not after three days of production.

Hour 2–48: A reserved production lane

Prototype panels run on a reserved lane through drilling, imaging and etching, with priority slots at plating and solder mask. Because every process sits in one building, panels never wait for a courier between subcontractor steps.

Hour 48–72: Full QC, no shortcuts

Quick-turn boards get the same 100% AOI scan and flying-probe electrical test as our volume work, then vacuum packing and same-day courier pickup. A prototype that arrives fast but fails testing costs you more than one that arrives a day later.

Quick turn covers boards up to 8 layers with our standard materials and finishes. For stack-ups outside the standard window, ask us — we confirm feasibility in the quote.
