    Engineering & DFM

    File review, panelization and tooling within hours of order confirmation.

    Inner Layer Imaging

    Photoresist exposure and development for multilayer inner cores.

  3. 03

    Lamination & Drilling

    Oxide treatment, layup, vacuum lamination; CNC drilling down to 0.2 mm.

  4. 04

    Copper Plating

    Electroless copper and panel/pattern plating for reliable through-holes.

  5. 05

    Outer Layer & Etching

    Outer imaging, etching and stripping to final trace geometry.

  6. 06

    Solder Mask & Legend

    Liquid photoimageable mask in six colors, plus white silkscreen legend.

  7. 07

    Surface Finish

    ENIG, HASL, lead-free HASL, OSP, immersion silver or immersion tin.

  8. 08

    Routing, Test & Pack

    CNC routing / V-cut, 100% electrical test, vacuum packing for export.
